Miloey was a human friend of the Heelers. She has two children: Ben and Samantha, and is a single mother whose husband died a few years ago because of AIDS. To cope, Miloey tells her children stories based on what Bluey and her family told her through their fantasy story, set in Happy Valley and featuring Chill Wind and her horse, Spirit, Bruiser, Cerulean and...well, Bingo.
When the time came for Uncle Rad and Frisky's wedding, she was honored to be a guest. She was in tears during the ceremony, and when Rad and Frisky finally kissed, she ran up to Frisky in a fierce hug and yelled, "THANK YOU!" Later, at the reception, she chatted with Chilli, Aunt Trixie and Aunt Brandy about how they are the only ones who'll be able to help her cope with losing her husband to AIDS. Chilli shared her experiences of being friends with Charlene, who sadly had to leave Ramsey Street. She and her two children joined the dancing, and later when Bandit ripped out the sign near his house, he had all but Miloey to thank for helping him make the most important decision of his life.
