Welcome...to Cold War Zhu!
In a secluded valley, a whole herd of pets roam free and are fed wonderful food and treats daily, hoping that someday, they will be adopted by a rightful owner. Pipsqueak and her friends Chunk, Num Nums and Mr Squiggles all hope that one day, they will return to their owners after being separated from them...until the day they discover the truth about their idyllic sanctuary, where they and all the other pets are supposed to live.
Every time a pet is chosen to be 'adopted', some cruel human soldiers choose them as test subjects to be patronised by a new Nuclear liquid that turns them into fierce monsters that will help Russia win against the USA in the cold war. Shocked by this fact and horrified that they are going to be next, Pipsqueak and her friends must find a way to escape this grim, dark world they once called 'their home' and bring peace to both the USA and Russia, as well as fight off those grotesque monsters the military scientists have conjured up.
